  • Newsletter: email address.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider records connection logs (IP address, date and time, pages visited) for security purposes and to keep the service running properly.

  • Responding to your contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Sending the newsletter — legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Site security and operation — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by the following providers, acting as processors:

  • OVH SAS (France) — website hosting and storage of form submissions. Data hosted in the European Union.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — newsletter management and delivery. Data hosted in the European Union.

Messages sent through the contact form also reach us by email.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange, unless an ongoing contractual relationship exists.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or are removed from the list.
  • Technical logs: standard retention periods applied by our hosting provider.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no audience analytics tools. No consent banner is therefore required. Should this change, this policy will be updated and your consent requested beforehand.

Your rights
