§ 01 — The reality

AI is everywhere. Not the method.

The hype creates urgency, but not a playbook. That's what blocks most SMBs.

01

Too many companies simply don't know where to start without destabilizing their teams. The hype creates urgency, but not a playbook.

02

Technology shouldn't precede the need. It should integrate silently and efficiently into existing expertise.

let's change that now.

§ 02 — Method

The old way vs The new way

From fuzzy to tangible. Before / after contrast, in six points.

The old way
The new way
"We need AI" (without use cases)
We start from a specific workflow
Long specs, unclear outcomes
A working V0 to decide fast
Theoretical decisions
Decisions made on a working tool
POCs that stall
Structured iterations until real usage
Tool "on the side"
Integrated into your existing workflow
Vendor lock-in
Owned by your team

§ 03 — Approach

Three formats, one focus.

Clarity → a working tool → adoption. Start where uncertainty is highest.

01 Short format

AI Clarity Session

An interactive session to clarify what AI can actually bring to your business and identify your first concrete use cases.

You'll leave with:

  • 3–5 possible use cases, ranked (impact / effort / risk)
  • 1 priority workflow clearly described (inputs → steps → outputs)
  • Guardrails (data, privacy, human review, integrations)
  • An action plan: what to build / what to train / what to measure
Book the session
02 12-week build

Build a workflow app

For when you want tangible results: a working AI app.

You'll leave with:

  • A quickly testable V0 (to validate the flow, not just "talk about it")
  • Short cycles (demo → feedback → iteration)
  • A usable V1 on a core workflow
  • Ownership transfer so you're not vendor-locked.

03 Program

AI Adoption Program

For when you want to structure AI within your team.

You'll leave with:

  • One use case at a time: selection → practice → measurement
  • Reusable assets (prompts, checklists, templates, methods)
  • Progressive skill building (ops + managers + IT)
  • A system to continue: backlog, prioritization, governance

§ 04 — Impact

A real impact.

AI doesn't transform tools. It transforms ways of working, deciding, and collaborating.

  • 01
    Work

    Faster workflows, less friction.

  • 02
    Decide

    Sourced analyses, not gut feel.

  • 03
    Collaborate

    Shared standards across the team.

§ 05 — Questions

The real questions.

The questions we get most, answered without spin.

Do you prepare the session based on our tools and processes, or is it a generic presentation?

We prepare the session based on your context. Before the workshop, you receive a personalized questionnaire (tools used, workflows, pain points, document types, constraints). This allows us to come with examples and use cases directly related to your reality, not a "one size fits all" presentation.

Is it a prototype or a real app?

The V0 is for quick validation. The goal is a usable V1 on a core workflow, used by the team.

What is 'vibe coding' exactly?

We build live, decide on concrete results, and stay focused on usage. Less speculation, more product.

What about security / GDPR?

We frame it from the start: data, access, traceability, human validation if necessary, and governance rules.

What if we want to add lots of features?

We prioritize. We first deliver a working core workflow, then expand. That's how we avoid never-ending projects.

What happens after?

You can continue with iterations, or switch to the Engagement program to internalize the capability and maintain speed.

What if we don't have time to respond?

You need an available sponsor (30 min/week). Without feedback, we slow down, we prefer to say it clearly.

Who is the adoption program for?

For teams that want to structure AI usage in their daily work. Typically: SMBs and service teams with lots of writing, analysis, reporting, or coordination. The profiles that get the most value: ops/admin, managers, marketing/communications, HR, finance, and an IT point person if you have one.

How do you ensure AI is actually adopted after the sessions, and not forgotten after two weeks?

We set up a simple adoption mechanism: one use case at a time (selection → practice → measurement), reusable assets (prompts, templates, checklists), and a routine (short ritual, test tracking, continuous improvement). The goal is for each session to produce something immediately usable, and for the team to know what to test the following week.

"At All-in Global, we're passionate about innovation and firmly believe in the synergy between human expertise and cutting-edge technology. This week, our entire team dove into the world of AI, guided by Jeremy Corman from Marketing Makers. A full day of hands-on training showing how generative AI can improve our workflows. Through interactive workshops, everyone got to build their own GPTs and explore how OpenAI can simplify day-to-day tasks across every department. Huge thanks to Jeremy for all the insights—now it's time to put them into practice. 🚀🤓"

Jan Pollet (Cefora) — Product Manager Training @ Cefora

Michele d'Herde — MarCom in Healthcare

"Jeremy et son équipe sont extrêmement serviables et réactifs. Comme nous rencontrions beaucoup de difficultés techniques de notre côté, chaque question posée était suivie d'un appel ou d'une vidéo explicative ce qui nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps. 100% recommande. Nous aimons notre tableau de bord."
